Home Delivery Policy

At Artisana, we specialize in freshly handcrafted pastries and sweets. To maintain the structural integrity and peak flavor of our creations, we manage our own specialized delivery network rather than using standard courier services.

1. Delivery Zones

We currently offer "White-Glove" delivery exclusive to the following areas:

  • Rabat: All residential and business districts (Hay Riad, Souissi, Agdal, etc.).

  • Salé: All central neighborhoods and Sale-Al-Jadida.

  • Temara & Harhoura: Full coverage.

Note: At this time, we do not ship via national postal services (like Amana) as we cannot guarantee the freshness or delicate handling of our pastries through those channels.

2. Lead Time & Scheduling

Because our Artisanas bake every order to your specific request:

  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 6:00 PM to be eligible for delivery the following day.

  • Preferred Windows: During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery window (Morning: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM or Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM).

  • Bespoke Orders: Large celebration cakes or high-volume orders may require 48-72 hours' notice.

3. Hand-to-Hand Delivery

To ensure quality, our delivery concierge will deliver your order directly to your door.

  • We require a valid WhatsApp/Mobile number for all orders.

  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our concierge will attempt to call. After 15 minutes of waiting, the order will be returned to our Hub to preserve freshness, and a redelivery fee may apply.

4. Delivery Rates

  • Local Delivery: A flat-rate concierge fee of 30 DHS applies to all orders.

  • Complimentary Delivery: We are pleased to offer free delivery on orders exceeding 300 DHS.

5. Packaging

Your items are transported in climate-controlled conditions and secured in our signature boutique packaging. We request you inspecting your order upon arrival with our concierge.
