At Artisana, we believe the journey from our Hub to your home is just as important as the baking process itself.

To ensure your pastries arrive in pristine, boutique condition, we do not use third-party bike couriers.

Instead, we manage our own, climate-controlled White-Glove Delivery
service.

Coverage Areas

As we are in our pilot project, we currently provide bespoke delivery to the following regions:

• Rabat: Allneighborhoods including Hay Riad, Souissi, Agdal, and Hassan.
• Salé: All central neighborhoods and Al-Jadida.
• Temara & Harhoura: Full coverage for coastal and residential areas.
  
  

Delivery Schedule

To guarantee freshness, our artisans bake to order.

• Standard Delivery: Orders placed before 6:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery.
• Delivery Windows: You may choose between our Morning Window (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM) or Afternoon Window (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM).

Handling & Care

Your order is transported in specialized packaging designed to maintain
temperature and structural integrity.

Upon arrival, our delivery concierge will
hand-deliver your box to your door.

We recommend immediate refrigeration for our cream-based pastries or a cool, dry place for our traditional Moroccan
delights.
