At Artisana, every creation is hand-crafted to order by our Artisanas to ensure peak freshness. Because we deal exclusively with perishable, made-to-order food items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a delivery has been successfully completed unless otherwise the item arrived in a damaged state.
